What are Your Thoughts? January 2006
writes, "Well, the holidays are over and the new year has begun! 2006! Wasn't it just yesterday, or so it seems, that Y2K was so much in the news and on all of our minds?"
Our question this month deals with New Years resolutions. Have you decided on some sort of self-improvement is needed? Will you commit to finally stop some bad habit; start a better diet, stop smoking, add more exercise in your routine, spend more time with family, deal with issues at work or school, improve time with friends, church, or your community or simply concentrate on a healthier you!

We all make resolutions with the best of intentions. But all too often, over time our resolutions fall by the way side. Our question is:
Is this the year that you will make your New Years resolution stick?
