ShapeXpress not only has a 26-piece circuit for a great 30-minute workout, but also has cardio equipment, a Universal Gym, free weights, daily classes for aerobics, kick boxing, Yoga, and much, much more. For women new to gym membership, ShapeXpress offers a non-intimidating women-only environment. Every ShapeXpress membership begins with an individual fitness evaluation and custom tailored training program by Dr. Cheryl Barnett. Ongoing personal training is also provided to members at no additional charge. ShapeXpress is one of the only gyms in Colorado that provides Cardio Theater personal viewing systems with Precor cardio equipment. Each treadmill, elliptical trainer, and recumbent bicycle has its own plasma screen TV with over 250 channels of DirecTV satellite programming and XM Radio music. The locker room has private changing areas, private showers, and free towel services. Women can relax in the spa with the tanning beds, detoxify in the infrared saunas, or pamper themselves with one of the many therapeutic massage and esthetician services. ShapeXpress is the only place in Longmont where you can purchase Sanitas skin care products and Energreens nutritional supplements. ShapeXpress is Colorado’s newest and most beautiful spa, nutrition, and fitness center for women, and they’re open 7 days a week.
